1 & 2-Day 'Optimise - High-Performance Program' - This program can be delivered in a shortened 1-day format or more comprehensive 2-Day format. It explores modern Leadership principles and research as well as sharing absolute, real-world experience in delivering successful transformative leadership outcomes using case study learnings and examples from both public and private sectors. It blends contemporary Neuroleadership insights as well as defining what 'High-Performance' parameters are required within the modern/future workforce to ensure consistency and sustainable success. The program also explores digitisation, innovation, collaboration, and how to drive improved business agility. It is facilitated by Rob Halsall who is an 'Expert Facilitator' with the University of Technology Sydney, Business School.  Rob is also a certified ‘i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner’ and is a certified 'Behavioral, Professional Motivators and Emotional Intelligence analyst' and brings a wealth of real-world, industry Leadership experience. 

Procurement & Supply Chain Solutions:

2-Day 'Optimise - Procurement Performance Program' - In-House or Virtual Team Training workshop. This program was developed in 2020 and has been delivered several times via both in-person and virtual (online) classroom environments. It is a modern program aimed at addressing key aspects of 'High Performance' within Procurement functions including Digitisation, Sustainability, Influencing, Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Operating Model Design & Strategy, Talent Management & Successful Leadership Habits. This extremely fresh and contemporary program is underpinned by significant CPO level industry experience and is facilitated by Rob Halsall (MSc Procurement, FCIPS) who has been internationally recognised for his Procurement Leadership experience. Rob is also an 'Expert Facilitator' with the University of Technology Sydney, Business School. Paul Vorbach, UTS Honorary Professor Managing Director.

   

  • Whilst the program is aimed at Procurement & Supply Chain, the content deliberately contains global leadership elements and practice. The program includes ‘Commercial, Behavioural, Strategy & Digital™’ themes throughout. All content is highly visual and involves facilitated discussion throughout.

  • Each of the program components can also be delivered as individual workshops that last approximately 2.5 hours each.
