Rob has extensive domestic and international commercial experience working within leading Automotive, Chemicals, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Tertiary, Financial Services and Government organisations. This includes providing leadership within organisational structure and operating models, business strategy, commercial project delivery, end-to-end procurement services, and delivering strategic business transformation.

Rob has received recognition from multiple industry bodies both for his individual leadership qualities as well as outcomes delivered across digital, people development, risk and social and environmental sustainability. He has also appeared as a guest on numerous podcasts related to commercial leadership, talent and culture development and driving digital strategy and execution.

Rob has also been a guest lecturer for the Masters of Commerce & Logistics at The University of Sydney Business School and has been an 'Expert Facilitator' for The University of Technology Sydney, Business School.
